By using this website or enrolling in a course, demo class, or the Global Opportunity Program offered by Aros Octa Consulting (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide accounting software training (including QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, and SAGE), 1-on-1 mentorship, and career placement support connecting Nepali accounting professionals with international opportunities. Course content, schedules, pricing, and mentor availability are as described on the relevant service page at the time of enrollment and may change for future cohorts.

Enrollment in a paid course is confirmed once payment arrangements are agreed with our team. Course fees, payment schedules, and any partial-payment terms are communicated directly to you and recorded on your enrollment. Demo classes are free unless stated otherwise.

The Global Opportunity Program provides CV preparation, interview coaching, and introductions to partner firms. We do not guarantee job placement, employment terms, or outcomes with any partner firm — final hiring decisions are made solely by the partner firm.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information on any form, including job applications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Redistribute or resell course materials without our permission.

Course materials, curricula, and content provided as part of our training programs remain the property of Aros Octa Consulting and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after your enrollment.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services, including outcomes of job applications submitted through partner firms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
